Safari Studio LLP (refers to Safari Studio) owns this website and its content. By entering the site you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. 

1. Copyright

The information, content and materials displayed on this website are the properties of Safari Studio. You may not use any of the content except as provided in these terms and conditions. Any copying, rearrangement, redistribution, modification, use or publication by you of any content or any part of the website, except for the limited rights of use granted hereunder, is strictly prohibited.

You may use the content online and for your non-commercial, personal use only if you attained prior written permission from Safari Studio. Copying these materials for anything is a violation of copyright and trademark laws. For example, you may not distribute any content or make copies of it available to anyone else, whether or not for payment or other consideration. You may not create any derivative works from any content or remove any trademark, copyright or other notice from any content. You may not otherwise modify, copy, frame, reproduce, sell, publish, transmit, display or otherwise use any content or any portion of the website without the prior written permission of Safari Studio LLP.

2. Delivery 

Safari Studio aims to ship products within 5 working days depending upon our suppliers. The production of orders is subject to processing and handling. To ensure the highest standards of quality in printing and packaging, some deliveries might take up to 21 working days. If in the event that your item is out of stock, you will be notified and refunded in full within 48 hours of your order confirmation.

During Covic 19 and holiday season, delivery time may be affected and temporary unavailable in selected areas due to bad weather or traffic condition and other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Availability 

As we print a small quantity of each original artwork, Safari Studio cannot guarantee availability of all products, although every effort is made to update the website and inventory regularly to ensure quantities are available. If Safari Studio cannot fulfil your order due to availability, you will be notified and refunded via Paypal within 48 hours or, where feasible, offered an alternative. In the case of an alternative art print, Safari Studio will offer you priority to reserve a copy of the available art prints. After 48 hours of this offer, the art print will be made available to all other customers via the website. Payment of all products is made in advance and is non-returnable and non-refundable. All photographs are only to provide a reference to the quality and finish of the each specific piece.

4. Payment
All prices listed in the shop are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Delivery costs are not included in the listed prices and will be charged separately.

All payments must be made prior to delivery by using one of the payment methods indicated in the shop.

Safari Studio reserves the right to change the price of the products and of the delivery costs at all times prior to the acceptance by the customer.

If fraudulent use has been made of the customer’s payment card in connection with a contract, the customer can send a request by e-mail to Safari Studio to cancel the payment. Unless the fraudulent use was caused by circumstances for which the customer is responsible, Safari Studio shall immediately refund the purchase price paid by the customer, as soon as the customer has returned the products to Safari Studio at his own expense.

5. Shipping 

Overseas shipments may be subjected to import duties and tax. Safari Studio has no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility for any additional overseas costs. Hence, any additional charges shall be borne by the customer. All shipments will be packed in a clear plastic bag and protected with a rigid mailer or between 2 thick cardboards, and delivered by Singapore Post. A tracking number will be supplied for international orders only. We are unable to offer refunds or returns on any overseas goods, unless under special circumstances. 

6. Returns 

Safari Studio will only except returns in the rare event of damaged shipments. These returns must be reported via e-mail within 5 business days after the shipment has arrived. Once a return has been reported, you have 10 business days to ship the item back. The cost of shipping the item back will be borne by the customer and you are advised to use the same method to ship the item back. Once the damaged item is received, it will be evaluated and a replacement, if available, will be sent within 5 business days. If this scenario occurs, please understand that every care is taken to package and ship each product. If an item gets damaged, it isn’t due to the handling or packaging on Safari Studio’s part. Safari Studio would never ship a damaged or poorly packaged item. Once the shipment has left our premises, Safari Studio lays all trust and assurance in Singapore Post and all other overseas postal services (for International orders)

7. Loss 

Once the product has been dispatched to our local couriers or Singapore Post, the risk of loss will not be borne by Safari Studio. If Singapore customers have not received the goods within 7 days of the shipping confirmation email or overseas customers haven’t received the goods within 23 working days of the shipping confirmation email, please notify us via email and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

In the event that the delivery is delayed for more than 45 days after the date of the contract or if Safari Studio informs the customer that the product cannot be delivered, the customer has the right to dissolve the distance agreement free of charge. The purchase price and delivery costs paid shall be refunded as soon as possible but no later than 30 days after the dissolution of the contract.
